Review Process:
All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind review process, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policy will be rejected without review.

The real challenge therefore, is to expand capacities in Higher Education to keep ahead of the curve of rising domestic and global demand. IAJESM is formed specially to work in the field of Higher Education. Its mission is to improve the quality and standard of higher education. It also strives to maintain an appropriate balance among the tasks of teaching, scholarship and services. For this,IAJESM's aim to establish a Research Centre with its own Publication by International Research Journal, to organize Seminars and Workshops under great guidance.
