Focusing on how coordinated intervention efforts by educators and guardians can foster a supportive environment, the study explores effective communication, intervention strategies, and the importance of a collaborative approach. Using a mixed-methods approach, data from surveys and interviews with teachers, parents, and students in Gurugram schools were analyzed to identify the most effective practices. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening teacher-parent collaboration in addressing the emotional and psychological needs of adolescents affected by bullying.

The advancement of artificial intelligence has brought both opportunities and challenges to the business world, and its potentially disruptive impact has attracted the research interest of management scholars. This exploratory research applied a systematic literature review approach to explore the nexus between AI and competences to help both firms and individuals better address the disruptions from AI. After reviewing relevant publications from the Business Source Complete database for the past decade (2011-2021), we selected 65 debates and issues on AI and perspectives linked with competences. Furthermore, we synthesize two frameworks (RBV framework for firm-level; Key and STEM competences for individual-level) and an overview to gain a holistic understanding of the nexus between AI and competences. We found relatively little empirical evidence in the literature, the implementation of AI was still in its preliminary stages, and the frameworks we aggregated industry and yield richer insights.

The current research investigates the strategic impact of workforce analytics and its influence on human resource (HR) performance and organizational performance in the context of enterprises in Hyderabad. Workforce analytics is the use of data-based tools and technologies to manage and benefit talent management, hiring effectiveness, and employee engagement. Research was carried out on 100 professionals in HR from various sectors like IT, health care, manufacturing and service through structured questionnaire, and interviews. Statistical analysis demonstrated that companies adopting WA had proved a positive impact in HR metrics that include lower recruitment cycle, decreased turnover rate, and shorter productivity time. Furthermore, these companies had higher levels of employee engagement, improved productivity, and superior profit margins. The results emphasize the increasing significance of analytics in turning traditional HR into strategic business enablers and the importance of wider implementation of analytics practices to maintain competitive edge.
