Challenges Involved in Biosimilar Development Santosh Kumar, Research Scholar, Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan, India | Nirmal Sharma, Research Guide, Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan, India ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
Biosimilars represent, potentially, an attractive market, although there are significant regulatory and commercial hurdles to overcome. Because of the large and complex nature of biologi¬cal molecules, biosimilars cannot be guaranteed to be identical to innovator biologics. Establishing a high degree of similarity in quality between the biosimilar product and the original product is a crucial key in the regulatory approval process, because biologicals vary greatly in properties and where even small alterations can lead to unacceptable changes in safety and efficacy. Even minor structural differences (including certain changes in glycosylation patterns) can significantly affect a protein’s safety, purity, and/or potency, it is important to evaluate these differences. Protein modifications and higher order structure can be affected by environmental conditions, including formulation, light, temperature, moisture, packaging materials, container closure systems, and delivery device materi

The concept of validation was first proposed by two Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials, Ted Byers and Bud Loftus, in the mid 1970’s in order to improve the quality of pharmaceuticals. It was proposed in direct response to several problems in the sterility of large volume parenteral market. The first validation activities were focused on the processes involved in making these products, but quickly spread to associated processes like environmental control, media fill, equipment sanitization and purified water production. The concept of validation was first developed for equipment and processes and derived from the engineering practices used in delivery of large pieces of equipment that would be manufactured, tested, delivered and accepted according to a contract. The use of validation spread to other areas of industry after several large-scale problems highlighted the potential risks in the design of products. The most notable is the Therac-25® incident. Here, the software for

The value of any freedom is determined by the extent to which the citizens are able to enjoy such freedom. Ours is a constitutional democracy and it is axiomatic that citizens have the right to know about the affairs of the Government which, having been elected by them, seeks to formulate some policies of governance aimed at their welfare. However, like any other freedom, this freedom also has limitations. It is a settled proposition that the Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression enshrined under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India encompasses the right to impart and receive information. The Right to Information has been stated to be one of the important facets of proper governance. With the passage of time, this concept has not only developed in the field of law, but also has attained new dimensions in its application. The Indian courts have highlighted the need for the society and its entitlement to know and have observed that public interest is better served by effectiv

Exploring Social Work Education in India: An Investigation into Campaign Perspectives Smrutisudha Nayak, Research Scholar, Department of Social work, Sun Rise University | Dr. Ayesha Jabeen, Assistant Professor, Department of Social work, Sun Rise University ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
With a focus on the incorporation of campaign and advocacy view points into its curriculum, pedagogy, and societal involvement, this study explores the changing terrain of social work education in India. In the past, social work education has been essential to tackling social injustices, strengthening underprivileged groups, and promoting structural change. Campaigns and advocacy initiatives are essential for influencing policy changes, forming public opinion, and galvanizing support for a range of social problems at the local level. The study analyzes the degree to which various campaign viewpoints are incorporated into Indian social work curricula and assesses how well they prepare students to tackle urgent social issues. It delves deeper into the connections between grassroots initiatives and academic institutions, showcasing successful case studies that show how these partnerships may have a revolutionary effect. Significant obstacles still exist in spite of these encouraging intersections, such as the inability to incorporate real-world campaign experience into academic curricula, the absence of exposure to actual advocacy campaigns for students, and the lack of funding for campaign-based training. In support of a more practice-oriented approach that closes the gap between theoretical understanding and field-based advocacy, this study emphasizes the urgent need for improvements in social work education. This study attempts to offer practical insights for educators, policymakers, and practitioners by conducting stakeholder interviews, a thorough evaluation of the body of existing literature, and an analysis of effective campaign formats. It highlights how critical it is to match social work education to the ever-changing landscape of social movements in order to produce a new generation of social workers who can effect meaningful change.

The Evolution of Marriage: A Review of Contemporary Research Ranjit Toppo, Research Scholar, Department of Sociology, Glocal University, Saharanpur | Dr. Chander Kant Chawla, Associate Professor, Department of Sociology, Glocal University, Saharanpur ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
This thesis seeks to provide an anthropological elucidation of the 'doing' of marriage, offering an ethnographic account of marriage from the perspective of the subjects. The central concern is to understand how individuals invest the sphere of sentiments with autonomy, potentially recasting the structuralist definition of marriage proposed by anthropological literature (e.g., Levi-Strauss, 1969). By emphasizing the 'doing' of marriage, this research aims to access the inner life of marriage, encompassing the subjective characterizations of the imagined and lived relationship between individuals brought together by marriage rules of alliance and exchange. Through fieldwork, respondents described the doing of marriage, which entailed familiar features such as alliance, marital codes, and the heterosexual imaginary. However, their answers to the question 'what is marriage?' centered around a single central idea: nibhaana. This concept highlights the significance of understanding marriage as a lived experience, rather than solely as a structural institution.

The Role of Institutional Critique in Dickens's Novels: A Study of Social Reform in Oliver Twist, Bleak House, and Hard Times V Temuzion Kumuja, Research Scholar, Department of English, Glocal University Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) | Dr. Vandana Srivastava, Associate Professor, Department of English, Glocal University Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
Charles Dickens’s novels Oliver Twist, Bleak House, and Hard Times offer powerful critiques of key Victorian social institutions, shedding light on their inherent flaws and the societal injustices they perpetuated. These works vividly depict the grim realities of life for the poor and marginalized, exposing the inadequacies of institutions such as workhouses, schools, and the legal system. In Oliver Twist, Dickens critiques the dehumanizing conditions of workhouses under the Poor Law, illustrating how they often compounded the suffering of those they were meant to assist. Similarly, Bleak House unveils the labyrinthine inefficiencies of the legal system, as seen through the never-ending Chancery case of Jarndyce and Jarndyce, which ruins lives rather than delivering justice. Hard Times shifts its focus to the rigid utilitarian education system and the exploitation of industrial workers, revealing how these institutions stifled individuality and perpetuated class disparity. Through his vivid and evocative storytelling, Dickens employs literary techniques such as satire, symbolism, and melodrama to enhance his social critique. His detailed characterizations and immersive settings not only draw readers into the narrative but also compel them to confront the harsh realities of Victorian society. Dickens’s ability to intertwine personal struggles with broader societal issues reflects the socio-historical context of 19th-century England, a time marked by rapid industrialization, stark class divisions, and evolving social attitudes. By juxtaposing individual suffering with institutional failures, Dickens highlights the moral responsibility of society to address these inequities. This analysis underscores that Dickens’s institutional critique was not merely a narrative device but a cornerstone of his vision for a more just and humane society. His works serve as a call to action, urging reform and compassion in a world where systemic oppression often overshadowed individual dignity. Ultimately, Dickens’s novels remain enduring testaments to the transformative power of literature in advocating for social change.

Molecular Dynamics and Dielectric Behavior of Indole-3-Carbinol in Dimethyl Sulfoxide: A Spectroscopic Analysis of Structural and Thermodynamic Characteristics Harsha Baghel, Researcher, Department of Science, SunRise University, Alwar (Rajasthan) | Dr. Pushpendra Krishna Gaur, Professor, Department of Science, SunRise University, Alwar (Rajasthan) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
This paper investigates the dielectric and thermodynamic behavior of Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) using time-domain reflectometry. It identifies two distinct relaxation processes: low-frequency (I3C-driven) and high-frequency (DMSO-driven). Key parameters such as permittivity, relaxation time, dipole moment, and thermodynamic factors (free energy, entropy, and enthalpy) reveal the dynamics of molecular interactions. The study shows that increasing I3C concentration leads to greater steric hindrance, longer relaxation times, and stronger solute-solvent interactions. Structural changes reduce the dielectric constant and effective dipole moment, while negative entropy values highlight an increasingly ordered system at low frequencies.

Mohan lal, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, Govt. College Raipur, Bhilwara ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Deposition And Characterization of Seed Layers for Zno Nanostructures: A Comparative Study of Metal and Metal Oxide Thin Films Pooja Yadav, Research Scholar, Dept. of Science, SunRise University, Alwar (Rajasthan) | Dr. Rajkumar Maurya, Associate Professor, Dept. of Science, SunRise University, Alwar (Rajasthan) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
In this study, we take a look at how seed layer thin films affect the wettability, optical, structural, microstructural, and sensing characteristics of ZnO nanostructures made by hydrothermal techniques. For the purpose of growing nanostructures, two seed layer types are studied: metal and metal oxides. Metals analysed include Indium (In), Tin (Sn), and Gold (Au), while oxides of these metals include zinc oxide (ZnO), thermally oxidised Indium and Tin, and Gold. Using thermal evaporation processes, all thin films are deposited. Unlike ZnO thin films, which require the matching oxide source, metal thin films are made by evaporating the metals themselves. The metal films of indium and tin oxide are heated and then oxidised in an air atmosphere to form the oxide films. In order to create the groundwork for future paper that delve into the growth and characteristics of ZnO nanostructures, this paper describes the processing parameters and structural features of the seed layer films.

Thermal Energy Storage – An Overview Shubham Pariskar, Research Scholar, Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan | Dr. Mahender Kumar, Associate Professor, Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
In the contemporary era, where global warming is one of the most pressing environmental issues, there is a critical need to enhance the efficiency of energy utilization, particularly in the domain of energy storage systems. Renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind energy, have gained prominence due to their sustainability and reduced carbon footprints. However, these sources are inherently intermittent, with energy generation fluctuating throughout the day and across different seasons. This challenge necessitates advanced energy storage solutions to bridge the gap between energy supply and demand, particularly in the context of seasonal variations. These seasonal thermal energy storage (TES) systems can significantly contribute to improving overall energy efficiency, reducing reliance on fossil fuels, and minimizing environmental emissions. There are several types of thermal energy storage technologies available, each with unique characteristics and applications. These include sensible heat storage, which relies on the temperature change of a medium to store energy; latent heat storage, which utilizes phase change materials to store and release energy during phase transitions; and thermochemical heat storage, which involves reversible chemical reactions to store energy.

Mobile Ad Hoc Networks ((MANETs)) address a critical shift from conventional organization designs, basically because of their decentralized nature and dynamic geographies. Not at all like customary organizations that depend on fixed framework, for example, base stations or switch-es, MANETs work with no concentrated control. All things being equal, hubs inside the organ-ization are answerable for both steering and handing-off information, shaping impermanent, on-the-fly correspondence ways through multi-jump transmissions. As nodes move or join or leave the network, each MANET node acts as both a host and a router, adapting dynamically to changes in the network's topology. Versatile Impromptu Organizations (MANETs) address a decentralized remote organization structure where hubs speak with one another without de-pending on a previous framework. The powerful geography of MANETs, joined with their de-pendence on multi-jump directing, acquaints a few difficulties related with data trade, steering effectiveness, and correspondence unwavering quality. This paper examines the routing proto-cols, data dissemination strategies, network scalability, security concerns, and communication reliability of MANET information corresponding mechanisms. Reproduction results are intro-duced to assess the exhibition of various steering conventions under different portability exam-ples and traffic conditions, alongside ideas for upgrading data trade in MANET conditions. This examination intends to add to the continuous advancement of MANET correspondence methodologies by offering bits of knowledge into how data correspondence can be enhanced to fulfill the needs of progressively intricate and asset compelled networks.

The discussion of the two novels above makes it abundantly clear that Anand, like most Indo- English novelist, did not stick to any one particular theory of the novel. He knew that novel, by its very nature, was a loose genre and allowed the writer to use it according to his purpose and motive. Anand has followed the old age conventions of the novel, but has also departed from them at places to make his works richly appealing. If he has followed the conventional mode of story-telling, he has also chosen to keep it to the bare minimum as in Untouchable, and instead built his novels on character, dialogue and interior monologue. He has also employed deviant linguistic modes to achieve the desired effects according to his intention.

The technologies that are used in the area of medical imaging are those that are associated with the field of radiography. X-rays and computed tomography scans are very useful instruments; nevertheless, due to the presence of ionising radiation, they should be used in a limited capacity. Cancers, cataracts, cellular mutations, and improper development in foetuses are among potential outcomes that may be attributed to exposure to ionising radiation. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which includes nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), includes no ionising radiation and offers decreased dangers. When it comes to medical imaging, ultrasound is considered to be one of the safest methods since it creates pictures via the use of ultrasonic vibrations.Utilising radio waves inside a magnetic field, this diagnostic medical imaging device is able to provide accurate results. A significant portion of the human body is made up of water. The hydrogen ions that are included inside the water molecules will align themselves in accordance with the field when the water is put inside the MRI scanner. The application of radiofrequency waves causes this alignment to shift, and eventually, the ions will return to the place they were in before the waves were applied.
