    महिलाओं तथा बालिकाओं के प्रति हमारे रुख में बदलाव की ज़रूरत है, पिछले दो दशकों के दौरान महिलाओं को अधिकार सपन्न बनाने के लिये महत्वपूर्ण उपाय किए गए हैं, फिर भी और अधिक उपायों की ज़रूरत है। महिला अधिकारिता के स्तभों में साक्षरता, शिक्षा, बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधां तथा मां और बच्चों के लिये पौष्टिकता, राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधित्व तथा स्वरोजगार के सुअवसर सहित वित्तीय सुरक्षा शामिल हैं ताकि वे आत्मनिभर्र बन सकें। ये सारे प्रयास महिलाओं को अपने अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक बनाने, महिलाओं को गरिमापूर्ण जीवन जीने का सुअवसर प्रदान करने पर ही पूरे हो सकेगें। अक्सर यह देखा जाता है कि महिलाओं को कम मज़दूरी वाले काम दिए जाते हैं और विकास के जैसे अवसर पुरूषों को मिलते हैं उन्हें नहीं मिल पाते। जब कभी भारतीय महिलाओं को अनुकूल माहौल और सही सुविधाएं मिली हैं, वे सफल हुई हैं और इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर, प्रशासक, उद्योगपति, पुलिस बल तथा सशस्त्र बल के सदस्य, यहां तक कि आतंरिक्ष यात्री बन गई हैं।

    This research paper aims to study the role of electricity organizations and their training programs for its employees offered by them in selected electricity organizations in Gujarat. Study also focused to identify the factors that are substantial in determining the fields and areas for training programs. The basic concept and notion behind this study is to assess employees perception towards competencies and organizational effectiveness. Assessment of demographic factors and their role in the perception towards training programs. It is a descriptive and empirical study led by a survey method. The purpose of this research paper is to critically examine the HRM practices and activities of selected organizations. The data comprises of both primary and secondary data for this research problem and analyzed using suitable and applicable statistical tools. The study concludes with finding and conclusion.

    This paper delves into how Imtiaz Dharker uses her words to express themes involving identity and social justice. By reading Dharker's oeuvre closely, this paper contends that her poetry challenges normative versions of identity and individuality presenting a complex view shaped by displacement, migration, and social injustice. It also considers the ways in which Dharker's poetry reflects social injustices, specifically around gender and sexuality; language and power; manipulation of marginalized bodies. An analysis of the ways in which Dharker's poetry intersects with these ideas to provide a commentary on them is provided by this paper, illustrating how her work provides insight into social injustice and an image of a fairer society.
